What is Passport: Roundtrip to Health?

Passport takes you on a whirlwind journey around the world to help you stay physically active and improve your eating habits. You will "visit" a different part of the world every week and a new country every day! As you make your journey, you will learn more about different countries and receive fitness and exercise tips along the way.

Travel the World

Why Participate?
It’s no secret that an active lifestyle and good eating habits positively affect your health. But finding the right way to make lifestyle changes can be a challenge. Passport gets you flying in the right direction with a structure for making change. This great program makes fitness and nutrition fun and easy.

Who Can Participate?
Passport is open to all University of Iowa students! Whether you’re just thinking about improving your health or are already practicing a healthy, active lifestyle, Passport is the ticket for you.

What Are the Benefits of Passport?
In addition to the health advantages of a more active lifestyle and healthy eating habits, you can get FREE STUFF!

All individuals who register will receive a one-day fitness pass from UI Recreational Services! Students who complete the program will receive a Health Iowa t-shirt and a chance to win fitness and travel prizes such as a stability ball, heart rate monitor, backpack, passport wallet, and gift certificates.

The Passport registration period is closed. Please contact Amy Fletcher at amy-fletcher@uiowa.edu for information about Health Iowa and other physical activity and fitness programs.
