Passport takes you on a whirlwind journey around the world to help you stay physically active and improve your eating habits.
You will "visit" a different part of the world every week and a new country every day! As you make your journey,
you will learn more about different countries and receive fitness and exercise tips along the way.

flying in the right direction with a structure for making change. This great program makes fitness and nutrition fun and easy.
Who Can Participate?
Passport is open to all University of Iowa students! Whether you’re just thinking about improving your health or
are already practicing a healthy, active lifestyle, Passport is the ticket for you.
All individuals who register will receive a one-day fitness pass from Recreational Services! Students
who complete the program will receive their choice of a keychain, water bottle, or tote bag and a chance to
win fitness and travel prizes such as a stability ball, heart rate monitor, backpack, passport wallet, and gift certificates.
What Are the Benefits of Passport?
In addition to the health advantages of a more active lifestyle and healthy eating habits, you can get FREE STUFF!
All individuals who register will receive a one-day fitness pass from Recreational Services! Students
who complete the program will receive a Health Iowa t-shirt and a chance to win fitness and travel prizes
such as a stability ball, heart rate monitor, backpack, passport wallet, and gift certificates.
